The Team
Like most businesses WatsonSessions is all about people. Customers, certainly, and we have an amazing focus on their needs, but the people who work in our business are the key to our success. We intend to invest heavily in supporting personal development, and this is part of our overall employment package which is geared to recruit, to train, to develop, to support and to reward excellence.
Great leadership consultants come at a price, and we plan to attract and keep exceptional staff by rewarding loyalty and by paying an increasing proportion of income and benefit through bonus and share ownership.
